Jules Laurey III to Lead Company-Wide Store Development
Jules has been charged with overseeing new store design, development, budget and build-out, equipment procurement and sourcing and evaluation of vendor performance.
A resident of Scottsdale, Jules joins Paradise Bakery & Cafe with eighteen years of progressively responsible experience in the Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food Service and Food Facilities Planning & Design professions.
Jules spent 12 years at FITCH Worldwide working in the Lead Food Service Design Role on more than 150 projects most notably including: Route 66 Bar and Food Court at Skyharbor Initernational Airport; Green Tea Terrace Prototype Design Development in Irvine, California; the Scottsdale Culinary Institute Galleria Corporate Center; Metropolis Nightclub in Pointe Orlando, Florida; and Anchor Brewing Company in San Francisco International Airport.
Jules' time as Lead Food Service Designer provided him with organizational, supervisory and leadership skills that are evident in his approach to both facilities planning & project management. He has a thorough knowledge of hospitality design specializing in needs assessment & analysis, feasibility studies, equipment selection & specification and development & production of food service design documents.

Jules lives in Scottsdale with his wife, Molly, and daughter, Ella. Jules enjoys spending time with this family, deep-sea fishing and karting.
